Why we built it

Built by a host, not a software company.

Beacon started because running our own holiday lets meant juggling a cleaning app, a calendar, a guidebook tool, a spreadsheet, and a lot of “is the place actually ready?” texts. None of it talked to each other, and none of it actually checked the work.
